Founded 30 years ago by sisters Clare and Chrissie Castagnetti and their friend Tandy Anderson, Select has long been established as the UK's number one model agency and is a major player in the international fashion scene.

Becoming a model

World renowned for pioneering 'scouting', Select Model Management turned the modeling world on its head by getting out on the streets to find natural, individual and unique looks to be groomed into major names in the fashion world.

The astute 'eye' for a fresh new face has paid dividends and Select's books are brimming with talent from international campaigns and catwalks. The new faces team kick started the careers of Lily Donaldson, Agness Deyn, Daisy Lowe, David Gandy, Danny Beauchamp and Paul Sculfor along with a whole host of other major names both past and present.
